How it all started
Samuel De Bruyn, Industrial Designer and Engineer, born in Belgium in the late 80’s, grew up in Luxembourg.
At the age of 16, Sam discovered his passion for craftsmanship which went hand in hand with his engineering studies. Artwork became the side product of functional projects and Sam started experimenting with different materials, keeping the “built not bought” mentality anchored in his mind. As more products and art pieces went from sketches to reality, a signature was required, Samy and the Chocolate Factory was born.
In a world where mainstream has become the new standard and individualism has lost its significance, I want to thank everyone who is a part of this.
